Varun Soni joins Coacharya's board

Indian American academician, Varun Soni has been appointed to the board of advisors at Coacharya, a prominent global coaching organization, based in Chicago, United States. 

Known for his expertise in spirituality and ethics, Soni currently serves as the dean of Religious and Spiritual Life at the University of Southern California (USC).  His appointment comes as Coacharya aims to enhance its coaching programs with a focus on holistic personal and professional development.



Reacting to the appointment, Soni said, “I am honored to join Coacharya's board of advisors and contribute to its mission of empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential. In today's complex and rapidly evolving world, effective leadership and personal development are more crucial than ever. Throughout his career, Soni has held leadership roles in academia, public service, and interfaith dialogue. As the vice provost of Campus Wellness and Crisis Intervention at USC, he has demonstrated a commitment to fostering holistic well-being and resilience within educational communities.

According to a statement by the firm, by incorporating principles of self-awareness, compassion, and purpose into coaching practices, it aims to equip coaches and leaders with the tools needed to navigate challenges with resilience and clarity.
