Sewhani shared the excitement and energy in New York's Times Square during the consecration of Ram's Lalla idol. Despite freezing temperatures, many people from the Indian community gathered to watch the event on huge screens, turning it into a Diwali celebration in New York. He reminisced about the Ramjanmabhumi Andolan days, when they used to pledge to build the temple at the same location.

Sewhani also highlighted the significant presence of people of Indian origin in prominent positions in America. He mentioned that the top Fortune 500 companies in America have CEOs of Indian origin, and approximately one-third of engineers in Silicon Valley are Indians.
