California-based Sonatus, Inc., a leader in automotive software and solutions, has appointed Indian-American chartered accountant Mahesh Karanth as its chief financial officer (CFO).
With three decades of experience in growth-oriented technology companies, Karanth has expertise in financial leadership, strategic transactions, and successful fundraising initiatives. He previously served as CFO for Telsima, InvenSense, and Enlighted Inc.
Karanth was also instrumental in leading Rockley Photonics to a public listing via SPAC in 2021.Prior to that, he served a nine-year term at Compaq/Hewlett Packard, managing major M&A transactions and international operations. He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he advanced to Partner.
