Shweta Sharda crowned Miss Diva Universe 2023

Initially, 160 dynamic divas were cut, but only the Top 16 were able to advance further in the race for the national title.

Mumbai resident Shweta Sharda took home the Miss Diva Universe 2023 award on August 27. The dancer-model will therefore represent India at the 72nd Miss Universe competition in November this year, in El Salvador.

Shweta, 22, was born in Chandigarh and went to Mumbai at the age of sixteen. Sharda struggled financially for a few years in Mumbai, according to the Femina Beauty Pageants website.

Shweta finished her education under the CBSE board and is pursuing her graduation through the Indira Gandhi National Open University, according to Femina Beauty Pageants.

The title winner has taken part in several dance reality shows, including Dance+, Dance Deewane, and Dance India Dance, or DID. She also worked as a choreographer for Jhalak Dikhlaja.

The 11th annual beauty pageant included entries from women who were married, divorced, pregnant, engaged, widowed, and transgender.

Sonal Kukreja of Delhi was named Miss Diva Supranational 2023, and Trisha Shetty of Karnataka was named Miss Diva Universe 2023's runner-up. At the 12th Miss Supranational competition, Kukreja will represent India.

Celebrities who attended the Miss Diva 2023 competition's gala finale included Femina Miss India 1980 Sangeeta Bijlani, Femina Miss India World 2023 Nandini Gupta, Mr World 2016 Rohit Khandelwal, and Mister Supranational Asia and Oceania 2017 Altamash Faraz.
