Sectigo appoints Rita Parvaneh as CFO

Parvaneh has previously served served at Spireon Inc., and Deloitte.

Sectigo, a US-based provider of automated Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions and digital certificates company announced the appointment of Rita Parvaneh as its chief financial officer (CFO) to oversee financial health and strategic planning as well as increase the company's market presence. The appointment takes place with immediate effect.

The chief executive officer (CEO) of Sectigo, Kevin Weiss welcomed Parvaneh to the company and acknowledged her proven track record of adeptly steering financial strategies and operations as well as identifying new avenues of growth and expanding market presence. 

"Her experience will be invaluable to Sectigo, enabling the business to meet its strategic goals, and I look forward to sharing in her success once more,” Weiss said.

Reacting to the appointment, Parvaneh said, "Sectigo has a significant opportunity to further its leadership in the Certificate Lifecycle Management space. I am looking forward to working with the executive team and our investors to play my part in Sectigo’s continued success."

Parvaneh possesses over three decades of experience in finance, software technology and services sectors. She earlier served as the chief financial officer at Spireon Inc., a vehicle intelligence company for dealers, lenders, and fleets, where she held the role for nearly a decade.

An expert in guiding entities through transitions associated with mergers, acquisitions, and accelerated growth, Parveneh has held several financing and accounting roles, including over eight years  at Deloitte, an international accounting firm. She completed her bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from California State University and is a certified public accountant.
