People come from far and wide for the Maryland crab. The salmon course on the tasting menu of Rasika West End satisfies that urge.

“It tastes like crab cake! It is an elevated crab cake. That’s the taste,” said a diner as he spooned the crispy potato salli mass with a soft fish center dotted with a swoosh of minty green into his mouth. The mint sauce in a mayo base with the potato salli that tops the salmon cake would make any regular fish and chips curl up in shame.
