Narwal appoints Prashant Malvadkar appointed as VP

Narwal, a prominent technology solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Prashant Malvadkar as the vice president and global head of data. With experience exceeding two decades in the field of information technology, particularly in data, business intelligence (BI), and analytics, Malvadkar will be responsible for leading Narwal's data practice toward future growth and innovation.

Malvadkar's role encompasses responsibilities such as driving growth, overseeing practices, shaping strategies, offering technology consulting, and delivering significant business value. According to a company statement, he will also help define strategies and roadmaps, leveraging his proficiency in Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) services.

Malvadkar has played a pivotal role in expanding the analytics practice at Wipro, a leading Indian IT services provider, where he served as an analytics and information management practice leader for over 5 years. He also served as the India lead for data and insights at Veritas Technologies. Prior to this, he was the director of data and insights at Confidential.

A Computer Science graduate with a master's degree from the University of Pune, Malvadkar’s expertise includes championing value-driven consulting engagements, steering strategy, data management, and analytics programs.
