Indian American filmmaker Mukesh Modi has announced the release of his latest Bollywood web series, Thugs of Arms, now streaming on Amazon Prime Video in the USA and UK.
The series, produced under the banners of D Star Entertainment and Indie Films World, in collaboration with Chandan Paani Studio, is also available on the IndieFilmsWorld.com OTT platform.
Directed by Pavanprint Singh, Thugs of Arms is a gripping criminal drama that follows the story of four individuals who hijack a restaurant and launch a cyber-attack on business tycoon Vishwajeet Parmar. As the plot unfolds, the evening takes unexpected turns, leading to a suspense-filled narrative that keeps audiences on the edge of their seats.
Speaking about the series, Modi said, "Our goal is to keep viewers fully engaged with our characters, ensuring they're hooked from the moment they appear on screen until their exit. Get ready for a thrilling ride that will leave you eagerly awaiting each new episode."
The series stars Sumant Vilas Nitturkar, Srishti Mandal, Prashant Karad, Soham Kaloke, Deepak Pandit, Arvind Rai, and Gaurav Prince, among others. It blends intense personal drama with crime, offering viewers a unique emotional journey and raising awareness about being prepared for unexpected attacks.
In addition to his work on Thugs of Arms, Modi is preparing to launch the Indie Film Festival Awards (IFFA), a platform designed to support independent filmmakers in distributing their films and releasing content on the Indie Films World streaming platform.
