Meera Gandhi celebrates human rights advocate Cherie Blair

Cherie Blair is the wife of former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Tony Blair.

Meera Gandhi, founder of The Giving Back Foundation and author of 3 Tips: The Essentials for Peace, Joy, and Success, hosted an event in honor of human rights activist and former First Lady Cherie Blair at Fifth Avenue Manhattan.

The event attended by notable guests was held on the sidelines of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York City. Blair was honored for her outstanding work with the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women during the event.

During her address, Blair took the audience on a journey through her life and career as a powerful lawyer, educator, and outspoken supporter of gender equality and international fairness.
