Indium Software appoints Basab Pradhan as board chairman

Pradhan, who brings extensive experience and a distinguished career in leadership roles at top information technology companies, will guide Indium's strategic vision and growth.

California-based Indium Software, an AI-driven digital engineering services company, has announced the appointment of Indian American Basab Pradhan as the new chairman of the board

In his role as chairman, Pradhan will work closely with other board members, including Hari Gopalakrishnan, partner at EQT; Vijai Raghavan, head of operations at EQT; Vijay Balaji, co-founder of Indium; and Ram Sukumar, co-founder and CEO of Indium Software.

“I am honored to serve in this important role and look forward to collaborating with my board colleagues and the entire Indium leadership team to achieve our vision of becoming a global leader in digital engineering,” Pradhan stated.

Pradhan's career highlights include over a decade at Infosys, where he progressed from front-line sales roles to the global head of sales and marketing. More recently, he has held significant positions as a member of the board of Hexaware and chairman of the board of Coforge Ltd.

Pradhan is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
