“Since the inception of Kailasa, our music has been embraced globally in a unique way—not just as entertainment, but as a means of enlightenment,” said Kailash Kher. He emphasized that the band’s music transcends traditional boundaries, offering audiences a deeper connection to India’s culture, roots, and spirituality.
Kailasa’s music has long been recognized for its profound lyrics, distinctive sound, and innovative compositions. As cultural ambassadors for India, Kailasa's performances are not merely entertainment but are also a medium for promoting India's heritage on the global stage.
Kher and Kailasa are also scheduled to perform at an exclusive event for Prime Minister Modi during the tour, further cementing their role in promoting India's cultural heritage on the global stage.
Kailasa, formed in 2004 by Kher and brothers Paresh and Naresh Kamath, is celebrated for its fusion of traditional Indian sounds with contemporary music. The band has produced several hit albums and is recognized for its soul-stirring lyrics and compositions that resonate with a global audience.
Kher, a recipient of India’s fourth-highest civilian award, the Padma Shri, continues to engage with international audiences through his music.
