Harini Ganti named president of TiE Dallas

Ganti will drive TiE Dallas’ growth, expanding support and resources for North Texas entrepreneurs.

TiE Dallas, the local chapter of the global nonprofit, The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) has elevated vice president Harini Ganti to the role of president. 

As president, Ganti is expected to bring fresh perspectives and initiatives to support TiE Dallas’ members and further its mission of promoting entrepreneurship. She is the CEO and founder of Texas-based media marketing company, Cisne Events, where she is responsible for all go-to market initiatives, with clients including Salesforce, JP Morgan & Chase, and Oracle.  

With her strategic leadership, TiE Dallas aims to enhance its impact and support for North Texas entrepreneurs, reinforcing the organization's vision to build and scale businesses through robust mentorship and networking.

Ganti has played an instrumental role in TiE Dallas' leadership, demonstrating a commitment to growth and an inclusive vision for the organization’s future. Her efforts have contributed to TiE Dallas’ expansion and the strengthening of its resources for entrepreneurs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

“We’re confident that under her guidance, our chapter will continue to thrive and reach even greater heights,” TiE Dallas said in a statement.

Garini obtained her post graduation degree from Delhi University, India, and later pursued an MBA from the Southern Methodist University. 

TiE supports entrepreneurship by offering mentoring, networking, education, funding, and incubation to aspiring entrepreneurs worldwide, and it aims to foster innovation, provide business insights, and support entrepreneurs from all stages of business development.
