The Gandhian Society (USA) organized a significant event in Edison, New Jersey, to extend a welcome to esteemed guests such as Harshad Patel, vice chancellor of Gujarat Vidyapith, and Nithin Mathuria, president of Aditya Birla Group of Companies.

Other notable attendees included HR Shah (chairman, TV Asia), Nishith Patel (president, Edison Council), Kenny Desai (former president, FIA), Sudhir Parikh, and others.

The event, hosted at Msquare Fitness and Recreation Center, kicked off with a mesmerizing showcase of acrobatics and martial arts on rope and pole by members of the Mallakhamb Federation of USA.

Mandar Patil, a board member of the Federation, then addressed the audience, providing insights into the organization and its initiatives. Surgum Godbole, a volunteer of the Gandhian Society, added to the ambiance with a rendition of Mahatma Gandhi's favorite bhajan, "Vaishnav Jan Tu."

The event was preceded by the Gandhian Society team's visit to New York City, during which they inspected the new premises for the forthcoming Gandhian Museum. This museum will exhibit digital artifacts documenting the life of Mahatma Gandhi and will serve as a platform for disseminating his timeless message and ideals, which continue to inspire generations. The Aditya Birla Group donated artifacts and pledged ongoing support for the project.

The event included speeches from distinguished guests. Parikh praised the Gandhian Society for its relentless endeavors in instilling Gandhian principles among the youth. Nishith Patel lauded the Society's unwavering commitment to assisting underprivileged communities globally.

Biral Patel commended the Society's dedication to prioritizing youth in all its endeavors. A notable moment was when Bhadra Butala, founder and Grand Patron of the Gandhian Society, presented Nitin Mathuria with a plaque, acknowledging his exceptional leadership in the community.
