Wisconsin-based lifestyle brand Duluth Holdings Inc. has appointed Heena Agrawal as its senior vice president and chief financial officer, with effect from February 12, 2024. Agrawal brings over twenty years of finance and leadership experience to the company.
Commenting on the new opportunity, Agrawal, said, “It is an honor to be joining the Duluth executive team. Duluth Trading is uniquely positioned to expand its reach, and I am excited to leverage my extensive experience and business acumen to drive the company’s next phase of growth profitably."
Welcoming Agrawal, Duluth Holdings' president and chief executive officer Sam Sato, said, “Agrawal's extensive experience and strong finance and leadership acumen will play a crucial role in the development of Duluth’s long-range plans as we remain steadfast on executing the pillars of our Big Dam Blueprint.”
Agrawal has served in various roles across multiple companies, including Procter & Gamble, Walgreens, Underwriters Lab, and Kontoor Brands. She has engaged with executive teams and boards, including investor relations liaisons and vendor partners, regularly.
She has also been an invited speaker and thought leader for finance forums. Agrawal completed her MBA in finance and accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business; CFA from CFA Institute; and bachelor's in commerce, accounting, and taxation from the University of Mumbai.
After working for ten years at Procter & Gamble in various roles, including finance manager, she served Walgreens Boots Alliance for over seven years. She also held the role of global division chief financial officer (CFO) at UL Solutions for two years.
