Indian superstar Akshay Kumar has thrilled his fans by announcing the third installment of the blockbuster "Welcome" film series. On the occasion of his 56th birthday, Akshay Kumar revealed that the film will be named "Welcome To The Jungle."
"Khud ko aur aap sab ko ek birthday gift diya hai aaj (Have given myself and all of you a birthday gift today). If you like it and say thanks, I'd say Welcome(3) #WelcomeToTheJungle," the actor's post said along with a clip of the all-star cast singing a cappella.
The comedy film will feature Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Raveena Tandon, Johnny Lever, Paresh Rawal, Lara Dutta, Rajpal Yadav, Arshad Warsi, Jacqueline Fernandez, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, Disha Patani, Kiku Sharda, and Krushna Abhishek in pivotal roles. Daler Mehndi and Mika Singh, two huge names in the music industry, will also make an appearance.
Directed by Ahmed Khan "Welcome to the Jungle" will be produced by Jio Studios in collaboration with AA Nadiadwala. According to the producers, the film will be an entertaining and comedic roller coaster, much like the previous "Welcome" movies.
Set for a theatrical release on December 20, 2024, the film is reportedly a special treat from Akshay Kumar for his fans.
