About the job

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. Your primary role will be to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, increasing our online presence and improving our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with our design and content teams to create and curate engaging content, monitor social media channels, and analyze performance metrics.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written posts)
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales
  • Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions
  • Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts
  • Oversee the design of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, Instagram grid layout)
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions

 

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Fluency in English
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations preferred
