The Executive Assistant will play a key role in optimizing executive efficiency and facilitating seamless operations within our organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of the importance of both the big picture and the finer details.

 

Note - This role will typically be working based on Central Time Zone hours.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Create and maintain reports for each department, understanding the purpose and significance behind the data.

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and insights for report creation.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including logistics and agenda preparation.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other staff members and clients ensuring clear communication and coordination.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for various projects.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the organization.
  • Work with HR leader on strategic objectives and talent acquisition projects.

 

Requirements:

 

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to understand and analyze reports and data.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of the big picture.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Base salary

$80,000/yr - $120,000/yr
