USDM is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Platform Manager to support our client in leading an Empower migration and integration project within the Azure Cloud environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage and execute the migration of Empower from on-premise hosting to Azure, including extensive network assessments, configuration, and optimization.
Oversee the integration of Empower with LabVantage LIMS, as well as the integration of laboratory instruments with the LIMS system.
Work closely with Security, Network, Cloud teams, as well as local IT and QC departments to ensure seamless functionality and compliance.
Lead and manage the end-to-end migration of Empower from on-premise to the Azure Cloud platform, including defining requirements, designing architecture, and implementing solutions.
Conduct comprehensive network assessments to evaluate current architecture, identify potential issues, and implement necessary changes for optimized performance on Azure.
Spearhead the integration of Empower with LabVantage LIMS and laboratory instruments, ensuring seamless data flow, security, and compliance across the systems.
Plan and oversee the integration of laboratory instruments with the LabVantage LIMS, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and adherence to regulatory and security standards.
Maintain the Azure environment for Empower, ensuring security, cost efficiency, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
Work closely with Security, Network, and Cloud teams, as well as local IT and QC departments, to plan and execute integration projects, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all migration and integration activities meet regulatory, compliance, and security standards, working closely with IT Security teams.
Develop comprehensive documentation for architecture, processes, and protocols.
Provide advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, and support for Empower, LabVantage LIMS, and connected laboratory instruments within the Azure Cloud environment.

Additional Responsibilities

Provide training and support to internal teams on architecture, processes, and protocols as needed.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
