Job Title:Administrative Assistant/Customer Service

Location:Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries
  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction

Travel Booking and Planning:

  • Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
  • Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required

Data Entry and Management:

  • Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity

Assistant:

  • Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields
  • Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
